As part of a cooperation project, the software company “Confluent” showed an IT6000E weighing indicator with a connected scale and MQTT connection to a data streaming solution. Visitors to the stand had the opportunity to take various sweets off the scale. Each removal generated a data event that was transmitted to a streaming solution via MQTT, where it was enriched with further data, processed and displayed on a dashboard.
