Also this year, SysTec Systemtechnik und Industrieautomation GmbH is demonstrating social responsibility: With a Christmas donation to the German Children's Cancer Foundation (Kinderkrebsstiftung), SysTec is making a contribution to support children and young people suffering from cancer and their families in difficult times.
The German Children’s Cancer Foundation uses donations to sustainably improve the quality of life of children affected by cancer. This includes funding research projects to improve treatment and the chances of recovery, supporting affected families with a wide range of services and special leisure programs such as the Forest Pirates Camp. This offers children and young people with cancer a chance to recharge and strengthens them in their recovery process. In addition, the foundation supports innovative clinical studies that optimize life-saving treatments and minimize late effects.
"We are aware that children with cancer and their families are facing enormous challenges. With our donation, we want to contribute to improving the prospects of those affected and to support the important work of the German Children’s Cancer Foundation. Instead of giving Christmas presents, we decided a few years ago to support social projects at Christmas. We believe that this is also in the interests of our customers and partners", says SysTec General Manager Rainer Junglas.
The Children's Cancer Foundation, which is also certified by the DZI with the donation seal of approval, supports research into difficult-to-treat high-risk tumors and contributes to the networking of experts and scientists in addition to helping families. This ensures that children have access to the best possible therapies.
SysTec invites other companies to make a contribution and give hope to sick children.
