EcoVadis award for sustainability performance

EcoVadis is an internationally recognized platform for the evaluation of corporate sustainability performance. The assessment covers the following areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

With the bronze medal awarded, SysTec is one of the top 35 percent of companies rated by EcoVadis. The EcoVadis evaluation encompasses more than 130,000 companies worldwide on the basis of 21 sustainability criteria. The methodology is based on international sustainability standards (Global Reporting Initiative, United Nations Global Compact, ISO 26000) and is monitored by a scientific advisory board of sustainability and supply chain experts to ensure reliable third-party sustainability assessments.

In 2024, SysTec completed the external assessment process by EcoVadis for the first time in order to document the current status of its sustainability performance and identify potential for further  improvements. The assessment highlighted the wide scope of measures that the weighing technology company SysTec has been introducing in the areas of ethics and the environment. SysTec, for example, follows the Code of Conduct of the VDMA industry association and is constantly implementing improvement measures in all corporate segments.
