Third "kununu Top Company" award

All good things come in threes: With the "2025 Top Company" award, SysTec Systemtechnik und Industrieautomation GmbH continues its series of achievements with the employer rating portal kununu. SysTec already received this coveted award in 2024 and 2022. Only around five percent of companies in German-speaking countries qualify for the "Top Company" award each year.

With more than three million companies in Germany, it is a challenge for job seekers to find the right employer. At the same time, companies are faced with the task of distinguishing themselves from competitors in order to be successful in the competition for the most qualified applicants. The employer review portal kununu allows both employees and applicants to report authentically on their experiences and leave ratings. For many job seekers, this serves as a guide when it comes to assessing the working atmosphere, supervisory behavior and other criteria of a potential employer.

"SysTec has achieved a recommendation rate of 100% in the last two years," says HR officer Andrea Nass. "I attribute this to our informal working atmosphere, the exciting range of tasks and the good working conditions. We address each team member individually; as a medium-sized company, we pursue a very employee-oriented philosophy," explains the HR specialist. The weighing technology company SysTec offers a wide field of activity to people with a passion for technology in particular. "We are constantly on the lookout for new talent and experienced specialists – whether in development, sales or in the commercial sector. The renewed kununu award is evidence for our commitment to a sustainable HR policy. The appreciation of our team is reflected in the excellent ratings," emphasizes SysTec General Manager Rainer Junglas.
