High participation and positive feedback

The number of responses to the survey more than doubled in 2024 compared to the previous year. Survey participants see reliability, excellent product quality and competence as SysTec's particular strengths. Overall satisfaction in 2024 is at an average of 1.39 (on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 stands for very satisfied).

The measures that SysTec introduced last year to restore good standards of delivery times have taken effect. With a score of 1.98, satisfaction with delivery times has risen by a good 0.6 percentage points compared to the previous year. The professional competence of the SysTec team is rated highly by customers, with an average score of 1.32. The ability to solve problems is also rated positively, with an average score of 1.59. In addition to the numerous positive evaluations, there was also critical feedback and requests for future follow-up products, such as a new ATEX product line, which SysTec's development team is already working on.

"We are very pleased to have received so much feedback this year. The feedback from our customers provides us with important inputs for future improvements", says SysTec General Manager Rainer Junglas.

A prize draw for three WERA tool sets was held as a thank you for the feedback. The winners were drawn by Sabine Schirrmeister, who has been working for SysTec in the areas of accounting and head office for over 20 years. The winners were informed personally. Due to data protection reasons, the names will not be published.
